Marnie – Institutional Research Assistant
Resiliency tip: Break down big problems into small manageable steps. The big stuff can be overwhelming and leave you unable to take action. Small steps can get the job done! If you can’t break a problem down get another perspective – ask a friend, relative, or counselor. The trick is to move FORWARD!
